Privacy notice

This notice explains what Energy Meetings does with the details you share through this website. We have kept it short because there is not much to say. We collect very little, and we use it for one thing.

What we collect

When you fill in the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address it came from. We do not collect anything else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details to answer your request, for example to prepare and send the buyer map you asked for, or to reply to your question. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply "stop" at any point, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us with a follow up, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Energy Meetings who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track your visit.

Asking us to delete your details

You can ask us to delete what we hold at any time. Write to marissa.barron@energymeetings.co, or send the request through our contact form, and we will remove your details and confirm when it is done.
