Energy Meetings

Growth consulting for energy equipment and services firms

One hire was meant to be the whole pipeline.

You brought on a rep to open new doors. The ramp never came. That was rarely a hiring mistake. It was a missing system, and the system is what we build.

The pattern

The rep who never ramped

Most energy firms grew the honest way. A utility buyer met you at a trade show. A project manager at a developer passed your name to a peer. The work was good, so the work came back. That is a network. It is a fine thing to have, and it is not a system.

Then growth flattens, and the fix looks obvious. Hire a rep. Give them a territory, a list and a target. Wait.

The rep spends the first stretch learning the product. The next stretch goes on learning which buyers matter, which ones already know you, and why a plant manager ignores a stranger. Nobody hands them researched accounts, a message tested against real objections, or a reason for the buyer to care now.

So they dial, they write what they can, and the calendar stays thin. Eventually they move on. The company concludes that outbound does not work in this industry.

It does work. It needs more than one person's energy behind it.

Where buyers come from

There are four ways to reach a buyer who has never heard of you. Most firms we talk to run one of them.

Usually tried once

Outbound

Reaching the right person at a company that should know you, before they go looking.

Usually idle

Content

Answers to the questions your buyers ask, published where they will find them.

Usually the only one

Referrals

The network that built the business. Valuable, and impossible to turn up on demand.

Usually parked

Paid

Bought attention. Useful once the message is proven, wasteful before it is.

What we build and run

The channels you never turned on

Outbound at the core

Every message is researched and written for one named person at one real company, then read by a person on our side before it goes. Consent comes first. Buyers in this sector spot a template in one sentence, so we never send one.

Something to find

When a buyer looks you up, they should find answers. We build the pieces that give them: a site that speaks to the questions buyers ask, short video, and coverage in the outlets they read.

Named when they ask

More shortlists now start with a question typed into an AI assistant. We work on search and answer engine visibility so your firm is named when a buyer asks who does what you do.

The handover

Then it is yours

We staff and run the channels until they produce pipeline you can see, measured against a baseline we agree with you before we start. Then we hand the whole thing over. Nothing stays locked inside our heads.
